Our Layaway Plan

We also offer a flexible layaway plan for our customers who don't have the cash in hand right now to purchase the item they want or need. To purchase an item on layaway, you put a small down payment of 10% on the item you wish to purchase and we will hold it for you. Continue to make small monthly payments until your item is paid in full.  After that it is yours to keep! If you decide to cancel your layaway, we will refund your money less a 10% restocking fee.

Top Tier Pawn is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) specializing in the purchasing and pawn of handguns, rifles, revolvers, pistols, Long guns and semi-automatic weapons.  We comply with all Federal and Washington State regulations dealing with firearms. We also provide FFL Transfers between gun owners and if we don't have the gun in stock that you want, we can special order the firearm plus additional costs for a small handling fee and FFL Transfer.

FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE (FFL) TRANSFERS

 

Top Tier Pawn offers reasonably priced FFL Transfers in addition to a stress free FFL transfer process that puts our customers at ease knowing that we will make sure that the transfer form is filled out correctly the first time.  If you are 18 and older and would like us to assist with your FFL Transfer, simply bring your cased and unloaded firearm to our shop along with a valid US government issued photo ID and we will assist you with completing the form.  The cost for our transfer fees are as follows:

Washington State FFL Transfers

  •     $25.00 for the first firearm

  •     $10.00 for each additional firearm listed on the same 4473 form

    

Out of State FFL Transfers​

  •     $50.00 for the first firearm

  •     $20.00 for each additional firearm listed on the same 4473 form
